Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial (no card required) for 2-minute transcriptions. The Free plan, with 30-second transcriptions, is always available — and refer 5 friends to earn a free month of Plus.
Can I get a free month of Plus?
Yes. Refer 5 friends who each transcribe their first song and you'll earn a free month of Plus, once per account. If you're already on Plus or Pro, you'll get the same value as account credit toward your bill instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise plans can also be paid via invoice.
How can I stop my data from being used to improve your AI models?
By default, we may use the audio and transcriptions you submit to help improve our AI models. Plus and Pro subscribers can opt out at any time from their account settings, and we will not use your data for model training.
Once I subscribe, how do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
