Twinkle

Twinkle was the stage name of Lynn Ripley, a British teenage pop singer and songwriter from the mid-1960s. She wrote much of her own material, which set her apart from many of her contemporaries, and her songs often dealt with melancholy or provocative subjects. She had a brief run of UK chart success before fading from the pop world almost as quickly as she arrived.
