The Who

The Who are a British rock band formed in London in the early 1960s, built around vocalist Roger Daltrey and guitarist Pete Townshend alongside bassist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon. They helped shape hard rock and are credited with pioneering the rock opera as a format.
