Osvaldo Román

Osvaldo Román is a Puerto Rican salsa singer who built his craft doing background vocals for artists like Frankie Ruiz, Celia Cruz, and Lalo Rodríguez before joining the well-regarded Puerto Rican Power orchestra led by Luisito Ayala. His musical influences include classic salsa figures such as Ismael Miranda, Cheo Feliciano, and Justo Betancourt. After years performing with Puerto Rican Power, he went on to record as a solo artist.
