Meat Loaf

Meat Loaf, born Marvin Lee Aday in Dallas, Texas in 1947, was an American rock singer and actor whose powerful, wide-ranging voice set him apart from most of his contemporaries. He worked closely with songwriter Jim Steinman across much of his career, producing bombastic, operatic rock that drew on theatrical and cinematic influences. His albums have sold well over 100 million copies worldwide, placing him among the best-selling music artists of all time.
