Bobby Capo

Bobby Capo (born Felix Manuel Rodriguez Capo, January 1, 1922, in Coamo, Puerto Rico) was a singer and songwriter who spent much of his adult life in New York City. He worked primarily in bolero and Latino pop, often mixing those styles with elements of Puerto Rican folk music and classical influences. He was a prolific composer, said to have written thousands of songs, many of which became standards recorded by other artists across Latin America.
