Binomio De Oro

Binomio de Oro de América is a Colombian vallenato group founded in Barranquilla in 1976 by singer Rafael Orozco and accordionist Israel Romero. They built a large following across Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico through the 1980s and 1990s, and are one of the most enduring acts in the genre. Over five decades the group has cycled through vocalists while keeping the traditional vallenato sound at its core.
